Its a shame i'm selling it really but cant justify keeping this and the yeti ASR-5 as they are so similar.
Yeti has a slight edge on climbing and the Spesh has a slight edge on descending but as its the climbing i need the most help with the Yeti just edges the decision.
Though if someone offered me the right money for the Yeti i'd happily keep the spesh
well as the widest 8 spds, with a few exceptions, were generally 32 or 34 -11 with big gaps between the ratios then a close ratio 36-11 10 spd is a wider ratio block.
if old skool works for you then good on you but dont ridicule people you dont know for having different opinions.
? i got 1 10 spd with 2 on the front then another bike that has 3 on the front and 9 on the rear. guess which i prefer for climbing plus its the heaviest buy a good couple of pounds so in this case the change to 10spd for me was a good up grade.
plus with 10 spd you can have an even wider ratio block.
nice looking post, time will tell how it works out, but am i the only person in the world that prefers a dropper seat post with stepped drops rather that an infinitly adjustable post?
went from using an infinitly adjustable post to using the stepped speedball post that came on my spesh evo and much prefer it as i know exactly how far it will go up or down whenever i press the button rather than an infinite post which most of the time ended either too low or too high
still got my original 8 speed twist shifter on the shelf and still working, shame i aint got anthing else that is 8 spd. About Us
